For many visitors, the Happy Halfling is their first impression of Westbridge and often their fondest memory of it. The inn is owned by Speaker Ghaliver Longstocking, who considers it his greatest achievement despite owning several other successful businesses throughout the village.

While his duties as Speaker keep him occupied with the affairs of Westbridge, Ghaliver can still be found walking the common room most evenings, greeting guests personally and ensuring every visitor feels welcome.
